The IceCube Collaboration Meeting is a biannual event where researchers, grad students, scientists, and staff come together for a large conference. They discuss research, publications, socialize, and plan for the future. Participants come from 58 institutions across 14 countries, and in the Fall of 2024, the meeting was hosted in Madison. My contribution to the event planning of the meeting was designing the web banner for the event website, designing and printing the name badges for over 200 attendees, designing swag, and taking photos of the four day event. It was an all encompassing project that I was honored to be involved in.
